Miley gifted an adorable puppy named Ziggy on Tuesday over his 22^nd birthday. The singer and actress tweeted saying that she got Liam a best birthday present ever on Friday.

On Tuesday, Cyrus reveales the beans on the details of her surprise gift for her love interest, an adorable puppy. She then tweeted a PIC of a cute dog and wrote, Meet Ziggy! Ziggy will be joining Cyrus’s with two other puppies, Lila and Floyd, and she is already getting along with her new friends.

Later over this weekend, Miley Cyrus and her parents Billy Ray and Tish, took Liam Hemsworth out for an belated birthday dinner at Casa Vega. The 19-year-old superstar joking she had too many margaritas, but the eyewitness says that she had not taken alcohol. Miley’s parents clearly love Liam.
